What is deco sushi roll?

Japanese food is healthy food drawing a lot of attention from overseas.

Sushi is made by wrapping visually attractive, delicious ingredients in vinegared rice and dried seaweed called “nori”

Deco sushi roll, made by adding a modern touch to a traditional sushi roll, is gaining popularity because it’s cute and delicious.

After it’s done, a flower or an animal’s face appears in the cut section wherever it’s sliced.

Content

Get off at Mikkaichi station on Nankai Koya line, 35 minutes by train from Namba station.

You’ll be picked up at the station, browse and shop at local markets, cook at our school, have lunch, and split up at the nearest station.

We will teach you lessons in Japanese and with some simple English words.

 

The length of time

4 and a half hours

It starts at 10 am finishes at 2:30 pm.

 

Menu

deco sushi roll, miso soup, Japanese-style rolled omelette, and Japanese-style boiled vegetables

You can enjoy Japanese dish using locally produced vegetables.

 

Price

For a group of 2 8,000 yen per person

For a group of 3 to 6 7,000yen per person

If you need an English interpreter, you need an extra charge of 10,000 yen.

Lesson for those who hope to acquire sushi-related license (Japanese-style lunch included)

You can acquire the second-grade license issued by Japan deco sushi association

We will teach you lessons in Japanese and with some simple English words.

20,000 yen

If you need an English interpreter, you need an extra charge of 10000 yen.

You’ll be picked up at the nearest station, learn cooking at our school, have lunch, and split up at the nearest station.

 

Lesson content

You can acquire second-grade license by mastering 3 different patterns of deco sushi roll.

 

Course A bear, flower, candy

Course B rabbit, flower, strawberry

Choose either A or B

 

Time

①　10:00 am to 2:30 pm

②　3:00 pm to 7:30 pm

 

Notes

A group of 1 to 6 people can take the lesson.

The lesson fee must be paid in advance

Notify us of your name you’d like to put on the license certificate

We are unable to deal with those who are allergic to the following foods; eggs, milk, shrimps, soybeans

Our cooking school is located in a peaceful residential area in Kawachinagano city, away from the urbanized center of Osaka prefecture

If you want to enjoy ordinary Japanese home-cooked meals, please visit us.
